REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns, exchanges, and refunds:
SAAN SAAN, at its discretion, repair or replace any product with a manufacturing defect* free of charge for up to two weeks from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear*, accidents (lost or stolen items), misuse, improper care or cleaning, non-standard use, or negligence. Products must be purchased from www.SAANSAAN.com.

To return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us at hi.saansaan@gmail.com. Claims must be submitted within 24 months of purchase and must include an order number or receipt as proof of purchase. SAAN SAAN will then provide instructions on where to return the item for assessment.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

IIf your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 20-25 business days.

A SAAN SAAN team member may request further evidence of the defect, and your cooperation is required to proceed with a replacement.
SAAN SAAN reserves the right to deny replacement requests if our team determines that the request does not meet our conditions after inspection.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase, and proof of purchase must be provided. Special circumstances may be considered.
