REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns, exchanges, and refunds:

SAAN SAAN, at its discretion, repair or replace any product with a manufacturing defect* free of charge for up to two weeks from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear*, accidents (lost or stolen items), misuse, improper care or cleaning, non-standard use, or negligence. Products must be purchased from www.SAANSAAN.com.

To return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us at hi.saansaan@gmail.com. Claims must be submitted within 24 months of purchase and must include an order number or receipt as proof of purchase. SAAN SAAN will then provide instructions on where to return the item for assessment.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

IIf your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 20-25 business days.

A SAAN SAAN team member may request further evidence of the defect, and your cooperation is required to proceed with a replacement.

SAAN SAAN reserves the right to deny replacement requests if our team determines that the request does not meet our conditions after inspection.

Common scenarios where replacement or exchange requests will be declined include:

Change of mind by the customer.
Incorrect shipping address provided (no replacements or redirection of items will be offered).
Requests for refunds based on material expectations.
New product smell (this will dissipate after cleaning and use).
Wrong item, colour, or size selected at purchase.
Dissatisfaction with the colour or transparency of the product.
Damage caused by user handling.
Sale items.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only offered for products with manufacturing defects if you opt not to receive a replacement. A SAAN SAAN team member may require additional evidence of the defect, and your cooperation is necessary to proceed with the refund.

SAAN SAAN reserves the right to deny refund requests if they do not meet our conditions upon inspection.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase, and proof of purchase must be provided. Special circumstances may be considered.

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

Incorrect shipping address provided (no replacements or redirection of items will be offered).
Requests for refunds due to material expectations.
New product smell.
Wrong item, colour, or size selected.

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
